V8 Cafe (Bugis Junction)

I started patronizing V8 during my secondary days... That’s like around 5-6 years ago? I remembered last time there’s this promotion coz it’s well hidden so we were offered a free glass of Sprite or something..So me and my friend went in and take a look....and till then it’s never ending visits...haha

Decor was simple and there’s movie to be screen in the restaurant. Though it’s silent but it acts as a form of entertainment while we are waiting for our food.

I or let’s say we.. my friends and I loved the Chicken Cutlet so much..it’s big in portion and not to mention the sauce that comes along with it, it’s $7.80 that time but now i think the price has increased. Tried most of the dishes in the past few years. Yes, the Chicken Baked Rice is nice, the generous amount of cheese on the rice is heavenly. But one thing for sure, u got to be patient to wait for this dish especially when it’s crowded on weekends. Ya, there’s this omelette which is not that bad too..

I loved the oreo cheesecake and the aloe vera drink(dunno is it still in the menu)

The set lunch menu is way value for money... there’s garlic bread, soup,a main course and drinks.

The last time I went the variety of food on the menu is still limited but after reading the Management’s response below I think they are trying hard to improve on the menu now...

It’s been quite long since I’ve last visited V8 due to work commitments the past two years...but i will surely go down soon to try the new menu as well as to revive back the memories... Oh please don’t take away the Chicken Cutlet from the menu ok? haha..
