I visited the outlet at Whitesands 2nd Floor & the sales girls seemed to remember the customers' names when they've bought from the boutique before.
While they might try to promote & introduce new arrivals & merchandise very actively, but I didn't find that it was overpowering or far too aggressive. They also make it a point to greet & thank U even tho' U might just step out of the shop empty handed.
In fact, I only started buying a few power suits, shirts from them after the 3 or 4th visit and they were always very eager to place orders (where possible) if I wanted a new piece apart from what's found on display.
I would recommend them to anyone who prefers more conservative European style of clothings.
