I been to WAYAN a week ago and had a massage and scrub. The experience was very fantastic, their services are exceptional! The consultants are friendly and accommodating, the masseuse is very good, the place is clean and the ambiance is cooling and relaxing. After my treatment I just can't help myself not to make another appointment with them. In fact, I am interested to sign up a package with them. So if you want place to relax....WAYAN RETREAT BALINESE SPA is truly a place to be.

The ambience is nice but the services are not up to standard. i dont mind forking out expensive sum of money for a good service at any customer service oriented outlets but i find that Wayan Retreat does not provide the same amount of service i have spent on. In addition, the front desk gal was very arrogant. Customer Service from Wayan Retreat thumbs down!
