A man served me at the counter (plaza singapura) from 8:30 pm to 8:45 pm on 28 Oct. I ordered the family pack of 10 that cost $6.80. I did not hear at first the promotion from a speaker at the counter which said 5 for $3. When I paid, I discovered it was cheaper to order the promotion for 10 balls which cost $ 6. I then asked the man it was cheaper to order 2 sets of 5 and he answered that I wanted the family pack. I want to say that he could have advised and recommended the promotion instead of selling what I ordered. If not, the shop should totally remove the signage for family pack if there is a promotion. I think in a service industry, they should advise the customers.

The incident happened at Plaza Singapura basement 2. It was a very bad experience at counter. The server name was Kailun. There were 2 men in front of me queueing and instead of attending to me after the gentleman left, the server went on to serve another lady who came later on the other side of the queue. They should have a barricade or some signs to specify queue direction and the staff denied even after i voiced out and continued to serve the other customer. He should have been more aware and careful. I did not purchase because of that.
Anyway, the food is not that fantastic though there are many to choose from, good only for a quick bite or snacks or when you have no time for dinner. This service experience makes it even more undesirable for patronizing!

I always loved eating tako yaki;D I tried the salmon flavour tako yaki this time round. Although it was a little disappointing, overall it was still nice.(: The salmon was pretty little and I could not really taste the flavour of the salmon. However, I still loved the taste of the tako yaki topped with the fish flakes, mayonnaise and teriyaki sauce. As always, it was a bit crispy when biting the outside, and the inside was soft with the ingredients and flavour;D
There is the upsizing available now, where we could have our tako yaki from the usual 3 balls to 4 balls just by topping up $0.50, which is quite worth it if you are hungry for more.(:
