    Today i went first time to this outlet at Tiong Bahru Plaza with another 3 friends of mine. One of my friend come late and when she reach there we already ate half way. She order a bowl of pork dumpling la mian, which another 2 of my friend was eating, but the waitress told her maybe need to wait long, she accept and agree to wait. Just only less than one minute, or i can said immediately, the waitress return with a bowl of pork dumpling la mian. We so shock but still accept the noodle without much argue because thinking it was wrong order by another customer. And we accept the waitress explanation even we know it was an excuss. ( She didn't answer our question directly but just said because the chef know u r hungry thus food come out so fast! ) When my friend 1st bite the dumpling she found it wasn't the pork dumpling that another 2 friends having. It was pork with "ku chai" - 菲菜. And unfortunately she can't eat 菲菜, so we call the waitress and ask if this is wrong order. Surprise us again, the waitress said they got 2 type of pork dumpling, 1 with 菲菜 and 1 doesn't. The chef will SIMPLY pick any type when got customer order for pork dumpling la mian! Wow, what an excuss!! And this special things wasn't state in their menu!! Means customer have to accept any type of dumpling that the chef PICK!!This is not 1st time my friend eat this pork dumpling la mian, and we clearly know is an excuss or i just said the waitress is lying! As a customer, i can accept mistake with apology or replacement, but not mistake cover up by lie and excuss. The customer are not stupid and we are not unreasonable person, i really disappointed with the restaurant. And some more, we can see all the waitress in the restaurant and even the 2 chef in the open kitchen were looking at us after that and i believe they are waiting if we got further action, like call the restaurant manager for complaint. We called the waitress again but they still use the same stupid excuss & lies to us without replacement of the dish and my friend have to ate the plain noodle without dumpling and pay the same price! Myself as a customer and work in F & B line previously, strongly thinks that when facing case like this, the restaurant should immediately replace the dish or waive the charges for the dish. They just lie & lie & lie to us like we really a group of stupid customer!! In the end still no replacement or discount! This lunch spoil my mood whole afternoon.....
