Friendly and professional photographer. No complains even we are 30 mins late. Very flexible as package contains prints but allow us to opt for more edited soft copies instead. Great editing skills; although no touch up on skin blemishes but he adjusted the colours so pimples are less obvious and I'm very happy with the results for the price paid. No shortchange on services even it was a promotion package. Jack added a personal touch by allowing us to collect the photographs earlier than stated date by my request. Very organised in his flow of work although it's an online company which I thought was some freelancer who might produce sloggish work.
